A true icon of American burlesque, Harold Lloyd starred in over 200 comedies. Safety Last, including the infamous scene in which the actor finds himself suspended from a giant clock, is still unanimously regarded as his masterpiece: physical stunts are combined with suspense, drama, and slapstick humour. Organist Paolo Oreni, who hails from the Milan region and trained with Jean Guillou in Paris, brings all his improvisational talent to bear on this treasure of silent cinema.
