Brass lovers won't want to miss this concert featuring the OPRL brass ensemble and percussion section, with Belgian trumpeter Jeroen Berwaerts as guest star! A trumpet teacher in Hanover, this genre defying artist is equally at home in baroque repertoire, contemporary music and jazz. The programme is inspired by his album Signals from Heaven, which highlights his versatility in music ranging from the Venetian fanfares of Giovanni Gabrieli to the sweetness of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue.
